  The Briton Comerford and the Belgian Jammaer win the 17th Ironman Lanzarote Canarias The British Bella Comerford and the Belgian Bert Jammaer won on Saturday, 24th May 2008, the 17th Ironman Lanzarote Canarias. For the 3.8 km swimming, 180 km bicycle, and 42.2 km marathon Comerford needed 10 hours 2 minutes and 38 seconds, whilst Jammaer reached a total time of 8:59.38....
